Our family has always called on Rick Stephens since 1986 when he worked for Jim green rick was about to leave for Dallas for mortuary school but stayed to help with my sisters funeral that speaks volumes about rick in the past 3 years weve lost many family members one of which Was my son I called him. he told me not to worry about a thing he would take care of every thing and he did. the loss of a child is the most devastating act a parent can endure it sends you to a place no one should ever have to go. Having rick Stephens and his staff on my side during this major heartbreak was a god send all I had to do was show up and do what he guided me to do. I definitely wasn't competently aware enough to take care of any of my sons funeral rick Stephens and his staff knowing me and my family just knew what to do he knew what I would want for my son. He did an amazing job as usual I am so proud to say that not only is rick Stephens one of my lifetime friends but that he remains professional to the needs of everyone concerned. you can put your loved one in the care of Stephens memorial and know your loved one will get the care they deserve every time. thank you Rick and staff for making my nightmare so much more tolerable

I want to personally thank the staff at the funeral home for being so amazing when my dad passed. An experience that I was sure was going to be of the worst times of life turned out to be a blessing. Rick and his staff and the most compassionate caring people I have ever met. They have so kind and helpful to my Mom anything she has needed they have taken care of. I know that they all of the heart of God and look at everyone threw his eyes. Thank you again for all you have done for my family at this difficult time.

Stephens-Key was incredible. I cannot express the level of care and genuine love we felt from Rick and his team. The memorial service was beyond anything we expected. We cannot simply show how much we appreciate this company. They made what should and could be an extremely difficult thing and made it a truly incredible experience. Thank you so much for the beautiful service and coordination with an out of state funeral home for our two funerals.

Today we buried my dad. I sure will miss him. He was a constant in my life that I will have to learn to do with out. I'm so happy that his struggle is over and he is with mom. It was a beautiful service, and a wonderful meal. Thank you Stephens-Key funeral home, and Chouteau United Methodist Church. You all are such beautiful people with big hearts.

Thanks to all the folks at Stephens Memorial Chapel for their help with mom's funeral. The folks at Stephens Memorial Chapel made a very difficult time less stressful. Shane, Rick, and Louise made everything as easy as possible. We would recommend Stephens Memorial Chapel without any reservations.

Rick and his staff are very professional at their job, which I might add is a very tough job attempting to comfort and please the family and friends of people who have just lost someone they love . They make you feel that if there is anything they can do for you to make this experience easier, just ask and if its with in their control they will attempt to do so ! Great group of caring people!

Rick, really wanted you to know what a wonderful service you did with my Father's funeral, & I don't like funerals, but like who dos. But seriously you made the experience so much more tolerable & paid honor to my Dad! He was such a wonderful person. Mom was severely injured in the accident & you made sure everything went smoothly, I appreciated that very much, as well as my entire family. The best funeral home you can choose. Rick and staff buried my father with professionalism and care. Without a flaw, the service was perfect. Our family had a horrible experience with the funeral home in Vinita, Oklahoma choosing money over kindness. Stephens expanding to Vinita is the best thing ever. Not only did our family compliment Stephens funeral chapel, but many friends and people who attended my fathers funeral. My uncle Leo, from Dallas, complimented with "that is a first class funeral home and the best I have ever seen". Way to go Rick and staff~you are the best~!!!

In 2009 we lost both of our sons. Rick Stephens took care of Jake, and Charlie Jr. was taken to Tulsa. Since the funerals were days apart, it was easy to see what a difference the right funeral home makes. I just want to say a" GREAT BIG" THANK YOU to a wonderful man Rick Stephens at Stephens Memorial Chapel in Pryor. My uncle had the most intimate sweetest memorial the other day. It was simple and so sweet. He even let my daughter Hailey Ross & I, officiate which was more than I could ask for. I am honored...he is a wonderful, honest, good man, Thank you again, Rick!!!
